Apart from hair of the dog what's your best "cure" for a hangover?
I'm 40 now and the hangover stings like f***. I still feel like I'm 20 when I'm drinking. Until the next day. Takes me at least two days to recover from a sesh - Mentally and Physically!

I dunno. With small kids hangovers are intolerable so I try to avoid. I can't remember when I had more than three drinks

Vitamin C, Iron, and B12 help me out but you have to take them for a few days before a session and the day after.
Found out that hangovers without can knock me sideways for a few days but generally prepping before hand, they last 24 hours and not that harsh.

Has to be a Friday for me now. Go for a swim in the sea. The cold water clears the hangover pretty much instantly.
