That last sentence made me LOL after you'd just listed all the reasons not to sack a managerSedgyToon wrote:Never been big on the #PardewOut brigade... I always think sacking a manager should be a last resort. So many teams have sacked their manager and it's gone t*** up. The risk is massive. People keep comparing Pardew to Sir Bobby Robson but remember when Bobby was sacked? There was a vocal (albeit small) minority of our fans calling for his head after an especially poor start to the season. Those fans got their way and, ultimately, that led to our decline and subsequent relegation a few seasons late.So I'm normally dubious when it comes to calling for someone's head.
Having said all that, I'm finally sick of the odious cockney w*****.

I am also someone who hasn't been on the Pardew out brigade.
BUT if he's lost the dressing room the club needs to act soon. We'd need to get a manger in before the season ends so our summer isn't f***ed up. The worst thing that could happen would be waiting then sacking him on October

I think Pardew has actually managed to convince himself all the French players are the reason for our demise.

This. Perfect time to get rid now, so that a new manager can have a few games to gauge the squad before the summer. Of course it won't happen.Cisse's Overheating Torso wrote:I am also someone who hasn't been on the Pardew out brigade.

I think it's quite funny that in a poll of Pardew 'in' or 'out', that 'in' is in third place.
