Yeah, it's putting in hard work and effort, but also playing with confidence and putting the opposing team under pressure with our tactics. Howe has found tactics that bring out the best of our squad, and instilled the belief needed to execute them well more matches than not.

I thought Howe would be great if given time, but I would never had thought he would change the whole team around in 6 months time.
Shocking even if I admired his work before this. I think he is a gem, and will also only get better.

I listened to a podcast not long after he came in and they interviewed a couple of people who knew him during his time at Bournemouth. Obviously I could never have imagined he’d do this well, but listening to them talk about his approach, professionalism, man management and dedication gave me a lot of confidence and even if we had gone down he’d have been the man to bring us back. His (and his teams) work ethic and ability to unite the squad and fans is incredible.
