Newcastle U17's in N.ireland

Post by Garrus Vakarian »

Newcastle have recorded another win in this competition, which features 20 academies from around the world, beating their cska moscow counterparts 3-1

So far it is 3 games and 3 wins with 13 goals scored with only 1 going in the other end.

Adam Campbell has arguably been the star man with an impressive 5 goals in 3 games, a player, who many fans have tipped to be a star for us in the future, there has also been noteworthy contributions from other players such as, Greg Olley who has 3 goals himself, Alex Gilliead, Rolando Aarons and Ryan McKinnon.

Good to see our youth academy doing well, and hopefully a few of these will be household names in a few years. Let's hope they will continue to represent the club proudly and win this competition <ok> <applause>

Campbell just bangs them in for fun at that level. He should surely get a crack in pre-season next year.

according to my mate, who is his cousin, he said that he used to be a dick, but now he's calmed down, matured and just concentrating on making it which is fair play.

I think Hooper (if that's who you are talking about) is overage for this competition.
