Newcastle United vs Blackburn Rovers

Team News
Blackburn midfielder David Dunn is ready to return after a hip injury but striker Yakubu is suspended.

Transfer deadline day signings Bradley Orr and Marcus Olsson are not eligible to play in this match.

Newcastle's Yohan Cabaye begins a three-match ban after being found guilty of violent conduct by the FA.

Fabricio Coloccini returns after a groin strain but Demba Ba and new signing Papiss Cisse are not yet back from international duty.
MATCH FACTS
Head-to-head

* These two teams have already met three times this season - Newcastle won in the league and FA Cup but Blackburn triumphed 4-3 after extra-time in the League Cup.
* Newcastle's win earlier this season is their only victory in the last eight league meetings with Blackburn. Rovers have won six of those, with the other a draw.
* The Magpies haven't done the double over Blackburn since the 1990-91 season.

Blackburn

* Blackburn's win over Fulham in their most recent home game was their first league victory at Ewood Park in four matches. However, Steve Kean's side have taken seven points from the last 12.
* Rovers are the only side without a clean sheet in the current Premier League season.
* Blackburn have scored more league goals than Newcastle this season despite the fact that they are in the relegation zone while the Magpies are challenging for Europe.

Newcastle

* Newcastle have won just one of their last six league matches on the road.
* The Magpies have failed to find the net just once in an away league game this season - that was in the 0-0 draw at QPR in September.
* Alan Pardew's side have been in the top half of the table all season.

Same here, I'll probably just keep this site open though I don't often type during matches - just shitloads at half time.

Presuming we're keeping the 4-2-3-1. By the way skalpel, is there a way of centering the text?

It's 4-4-2, official site says so.

Official site says 4-4-2 every game, they dont know. I bet we line up like we have the last couple of games.

Stop editing my posts Smudger <laugh>

Need to add that code, will do it now.

Shal I also get rid of loads of those crap 'will never get used' smileys on the right hand side of the main posting page so that we don't have to scroll down about 5 miles to find submit?

Raylor did ok in the middle vs QPR, would rather have Abeid there though he has looked quality, good to see that Fergie is making the bench again <ok>. Decent line-up still worried about this game though.
