Im giving Veltins a blast tonight. 3 for £5 at Morrisons <awe>

Quite nice, easy to drink. Would make a good session beer. I prefer something with a bit of a stronger taste but it'll do nicely <ok>

Went to The Golf Rooms near Central Station last night and had 13 Guns for the first time. Would recommend it for people who like a strong IPA <ok>

Had Blue Moon from a bottle. Really, really not a fan. Tastes too much like Orange.

Yeah I love Blue Moon. It's kinda mass produced so you can get it for a quid a bottle, I could drink it all night.

Funny, I had exactly the same last night. Of course, all of my Fosters/Carling drinker-friends snarled at me for trying something different.

Those Sixpoints were decent. Whetherspoons finally getting some more decent beers in <awe>

Yeah they're really good beers. I just hope they keep them in stock for a long time. Two bottles/cans for a fiver is a cracking deal too. I've paid £4.50 for a bottle of Punk IPA before and it's about £2 in the shops.

No idea, I usually just vaguely point towards the guest ales when I'm ordering and hope it's nice.

If any of you get the chance, try Loweswater Gold. It's brewed in the Western Lakes and is available almost nowhere. It's on tap in my favourite pub over there, the Kirkstile Inn, if any of you are in the area (you can order it online from kirkstile.com). It's so nice, light and refreshing, perfect for after a long walk! With a giant pie as well, of course.
I had the first custom w***
