One of the worst players to ever wear the shirt for a sustained period of time. He's not turned up all season and he plays every single week despite being our laziest player.
One of the worst? He isn’t the laziest like. I believe he’s a good player just in a s*** team with a s*** manager like the whole team is. He’s just the scapegoat now and it’s pathetic.

Description that fits a number of our squad.
It's why I went with a sustained period of time tbh <laugh> he's played over 150 games for us and been poor for most of them. At least a lot of the others that struggle can be credited with work rate.
Absolutely stolen a career with a bizarre reputation as a set piece specialist.

We've managed to draw from coming behind 4 times I think. Won zero.

There's no pass on though. He's getting it under pressure with zero options.
I think that’s being kind on dummet . I’ve counted at least 6 times where he’s had time to look up and yet it’s the same needless hoof up field to no one . Rinse and repeat. Fraser should definitely be doing more to help him but it’s just piss poor all round. Game over / season over now .

You can believe that, but outside a roughly 4 month spell three years ago he's done absolutely nothing to justify that belief. Utter liability, and unfortunately has massively dictated the way we play for the last half decade meaning we have no possession anywhere near the halfway line.

I'm very close to being done watching us until Bruce goes. I'll support us until I croak, but at the same time sport is supposed to be about fun and entertainment. Regardless of result I just find myself bored watching us. It's an hour and a half of my day wasted and I am struggling to justify why I bother at the minute.

This. Just awful, very awful. Hayden out for the season by the looks of that.. the whole team just looks s***. No tactics, no urgency, no tempo/rhyme & no threat. We should have went in this game with a positive & energetic vibe but instead it's the same old dull cautious & negative style of play we're used to. My prediction of Brighton to win by 2 nil is going to happen. <ok>

If we don't get relegated, it'll be a miracle. Seriously. Wilson & ASM will give us a threat but a big hole in the engine room will be felt hard.. I don't think any of our midfielders match Hayden's work-rate & defensive solidity. We're in serious trouble now. <disgrace>

Can you please explain how he dictates our style of play, especially for the last half of a decade. What a ridiculous statement.

Considering the importance of this game, that was definitely the worst we've played all season.

Retain possession. Hoof it to Almiron or Fraser. Brighton's gigantic CBs win the ball back. Repeat.

His passing is no better than most other Premier League midfielders, he just drops ridiculously deep in order to get the space to play passes. He's got no footballing brain whatsoever. As Colly said, he dictates the way we play which means there's no chance of us having much possession.

He's never actually proven himself to be a good player at any club and he's 29 now. He's a lazy s**** that thinks he's Pirlo but is more like Danny Guthrie.

I’m actually embarrassed for this team at the performance tonight. Inept , out their depth, not competitive, not looking fit ,.....absolute horror show
