yeah, I was there in October and it's still there.

It's very close to central station.

Couldn't go. Passport is too damaged so they refused me at the gate at Stansted.



Today is horrible.

If you live in England though, surely all is not lost when it is a holiday to Glasgow! Get on a bus or a train and you'll be there in a few hours!

Looking at booking a week in Florence in May. Anybody been?

Booked flights to go back to Amsterdam for a weekend at the start of April - gonna watch an Ajax match while we're there.

Yeah I went a few years ago and absolutely loved it! You can get all-in-one museum pass things at the Palazzo Vecchio

. Would recommend going on a coach tour to Siena and San Gimignano as well. San Gimignano especially is beautiful

Amazing city It's like a decade since I went but it's absolutely beautiful. The food is amazing - frankly, better than Rome's.

I really want to go I've spent loads time in Umbria and Tuscany, but never further south.
