If that Gunther Von Hagens body exhibit is still there then I recommend that, can't remember much else from when we went though.

There's a pub called the beer temple with loads of excellent beers on tap (it has a sister pub too but I can't remember the name of it).

We did a bike tour with these guys and it was brilliant, the one we did was about 3 hours: http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Attraction ... vince.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Anne Frank museum is a bit meh tbh and I wouldn't bother.

Amsterdam is a great city <awe>

Couldn't go. Passport is too damaged so they refused me at the gate at Stansted.

<urgh>

Today is horrible.

If you live in England though, surely all is not lost when it is a holiday to Glasgow! Get on a bus or a train and you'll be there in a few hours!

Booked flights to go back to Amsterdam for a weekend at the start of April - gonna watch an Ajax match while we're there.

. Would recommend going on a coach tour to Siena and San Gimignano as well. San Gimignano especially is beautiful <awe>

I want to go back now <urgh>

Amazing city <awe> It's like a decade since I went but it's absolutely beautiful. The food is amazing - frankly, better than Rome's.
