They need 162 to avoid the follow on.

I can't see it happening.

It's good to know that however rubbish England are, Australia can be worse <diva>

Australia 128 all out, England will bat again.

I imagine England will accumulate about 100-150 runs to give them a decent but still attainable lead and then declare.

Lead of 254 at the moment. I think if possible a 450 - 500 lead then declare. Will be determined on getting a lead, and allowing the pitch to change for Swann I'm guessing.

Haven't heard anything intelligent on TMS that I can regurgitate to sound like a cricket expert yet <roll>

Only day 2, may as well go for more.

Cook out for 8. Would be nice if Joe Root could use this opportunity with the pressure pretty much off to show what he could do. He says, pretty much guaranteeing him to be out next ball <laugh>

Pietersen gone for 5, for god's sake <facepalm> why is it that England's batsmen seem to be stuck in this pattern of good innings followed by 4 dreadful ones?

We were an incredible batting side back in 2010/11 Ashes out in Australia, and India tour in 11. Couldn't want for a centuries then :(
