Possibly, but it's only the youth squad. It may not be much of one but it would certainly be a million times better than ours, and seeing as this would be his first senior managerial role that he'd want people that he knows and can trust.
I highly doubt that Vieira has built anything like that yet. Plus, even if he had, I think it would be a bit dodgy if we brought in a manager with zero senior management experience, and then he potentially brings in some backroom staff who have no senior management experience either.
