Almost exactly how I'd describe SissokoBodacious Benny wrote:I get the impression that Diame looks great at times, his physical precense means he goes on the occasional Yaya-esqu run. But 95% of the time he runs straight at a defender or kocks the ball to far ahead of himself. Of course MOTD don't show that bit...
Don't hinder the Trinder

Apparently inter are sniffing around benny now. That would just top it off
Re: Minor/Untrusted January Transfer Rumours (NUFC)
If Ben Arfa goes, I really am giving up on football. It would be the biggest joke ever. I don't want any first team players to go, we can't afford it. Marveaux/HBA/Bigi all have a great chance of first team football now. Hopefully they all grab it.

Davey in Newcastle: Standing behind Peter Beardsley at a cashpoint in Newcastle this morning, asked if Newcastle would be signing anyone today, he told me to mind my own business. Could mean big signings?

Talking to my Inter supporting mate they won't pay big money for Ben Arfa. Now we may be willing to sell, but not for cheap so I don't see it happening this window.
Anyway, he's far to inconsistent to be good enough for Inter

If we did sell Ben Arfa, tomorrow's atmosphere would be toxic. I doubt they'd be able to tie up a deal in a day regardless. I'd be shocked if it happened, but I wouldn't put it past the club

They have just bought a creative midfielder in Hernanes. Can't see them buying Benny

While we are all hard at work, or studying at University. Jim White is sitting at home, calmly cutting neat lines of cocaine with his Sky Sports ID card preparing for his shift tonight. Aaah deadline day...

Do SSN even have camera's up at Newcastle today, or have they realised how pointless it would be?
Re: Minor/Untrusted January Transfer Rumours (NUFC)
Normally David Craig is at the Academy of s**** and if anything happens over our way they drive over.AFX wrote:Do SSN even have camera's up at Newcastle today, or have they realised how pointless it would be?
It's not about money... It's about sending a message.

Re: Minor/Untrusted January Transfer Rumours (NUFC)
Well what a boring deadline day yet again, really annoying that we have just sold our best player, have 20 million in the bank and just outright refuse to do anything or even say anything, what harm could be done If someone just comes out and says we won't be signing anyone this window, we have our targets but they are unavailable at this time and we are not willing to spend money on players who are our 3rd or 4th choice at this time.
Our club has zero common sense, they actively breed a negative atmosphere around our club which is so damaging, makes us look like we have zero ambition and effectively damages our reputation moving forward.
