Krul - 7 - done nothing wrong, good solid hand onto the Ruiz freekick, distribution seems to have improved.

Debuchy - 6 - not his best game for us, but i'm very glad he still has confidence to get forward and attack; worked very hard all game.
Yanga-Mbiwa - 8.5 - MOTM - sublime performance imo, he is so rapid from standing and he made some marvelous interceptions. He also pushes out from defense really well which helped us form attacks on numerous occasions today. Can't ask for anymore really.
Coloccini - 7 - i'm sure he helped out M'biwa today being the immense leader that he is, thought he had scored early on, and made some vital defensive headers.
Santon - 6 - looks to have improved defensively but i feel he shows too much of the ball when dribbling which allows him to be dispossessed way to easily. Nothing too alarming though. Nevertheless, he got himself into some good positions and made himself available for an outlet ball, particularly helping out Sissoko at times.

Ben Arfa - 8 - Poor first half by his standards, but he stayed focused and brought that quality that no other player on the field today could have. Super goal.
Anita - 6.5 - done his job, gave the ball away very few times, and he added some tenacious defending to his game today which i enjoyed watching. Nothing outstanding, but that's not the type of player he is.
Sissoko - 7 - looked back to his powerhouse self, reminded me of his performance against Chelsea at times. Gave away a few silly fouls though, needs to stop pushing/pulling players so much.
Marveaux - 6 - done ok, some neat footwork at times but could never really offer much in the final 3rd. Some good deliveries though.

Shola - 4 - i'm not a hater of Shola, but he done nothing of note really and should have been subbed at HT.
Cissé - 5 - looked poor until Remy came on, would have been the same rating as Shola if it wasn't for that.

Cabaye - 5 - didn't do too much on the attacking side of things, but he looked determined and made a great stretching challenge which was vital. Hope he stays.
Gouffran - 6 - tidy footwork and keeps the ball well, should have scored though. He definitely benefited from Remy.
Rémy - 7.5 - super debut. Didn't lose the ball once i don't think, sprayed the ball around nicely, gave us a whole new dimension and made runs that i haven't seen anyone in black and white make for a long long time. He is some player this guy and will score goals for us. Complete changed the game and i would wager that if he started he would have been MOTM and would have bagged himself a goal or 2. Great stuff from Remy.

Didn't see the game again, neither any Twitter updates. Just about to 101GG HBA's goal, but ahh - Shola at his best I see. <awe>

By the way, these threads are near invaluable to someone who hasn't seen game - just logging on now to see how things went after seeing the result, and headed here first. Can very easily determine how things went, and who did or didn't do what - good job for all those posting. <gent>

HBA definitely getting higher then he deserves because of his goal. His passing was poor, he spent too much time ignoring team mates and running into blind alleys.

Krul - 6 Nothing to do.

Debuchy - 7.5 Great performance. Not a foot wrong and gave good support down the wing.
Yanga-Mbiwa - 8.5. MOTM. Sublime centre halves performance.
Coloccini - 8.5. Marshalled the defence well, broke forward at times too.
Santon- 7 Good performance defensively, his constant cutting in on the attack still a problem though.

Ben Arfa - 8. Some speculative efforts but dat strike.
Anita - 6. "Tidy" as everyone likes to say but zero impact on the game, prefer Tiote.
Sissoko - 8.5. Great performance, decision making in final 3rd still lacking, which is why he should play deeper as he did today.
Marveaux - 5. No impact, backs out of tackles. Really disappointed at how he's turning out.

Shola - 7. Did everything he was asked to do well.
Cissé - 6. Needs a goal or two. Started making proper runs when Remy came on, maybe he's become disillusioned with lack of support from other players?

Cabaye - 6. Tried hard when he came on but first tackle gave away a free kick which almost cost us, and also put in a stupid tackle which got him booked.
Gouffran - 4. Gash. Again. Headless chicken.
Rémy - 8. 8 is high for a sub but he changed the game with his intent and gave the whole side a lift.
"Yeah, because when they shout go, go, go, go, take him on, take him on, you know, you, you can fly, you go and you try because it's a joy to play in front of our supporters."

I thought HBA was great, sure he misplaced a few passes and didn't always make the right choice but what wide man does? Plus you have to remember he was doubled up on for the entire game, and the amount of times he got himself into a position to shoot, cross or pass into a dangerous area was amazing.

People are acting like he was s*** for the entire game up until the goal, when really he wasn't IMO.

He was like last week, awful first half and good second. Scored the winner so fair play.

Krul - 6. Nothing to do really

Debuchy - 7 solid and better performance than what he has been giving, did ok in attack and nearly scored at the end
Yanga-Mbiwa - 8 very good, isn't as good at reading the game as Coloccini but his pace makes up for that
Coloccini - 8 just brilliant
Santon- 7.5 good defensively and in attack, was more dangerous than Marveaux was.

Ben Arfa - 9 fans need to stop complaining when he loses the ball! He's a creative player who will lose the ball trying to make something, proved by his last goal.
Anita - 6.5 average, sat too deep at times
Sissoko - 7.5 powerful display and kept us going throughout the match, needs to cut out silly mistakes in the middle
Marveaux - 5.5 didn't do much, Sammy should have had his place. He's a Cam not a left winger

Shola - 6 worked hard but offered little
Cissé - see above, but offered us slightly more and nearly scored with a great header

Cabaye - 6.5 deservedly booed, but Put in a solid performance with lots off effort
Gouffran - 7 so much better than Marveaux at LM brought intensity and creativity, shame he missed another sitter
Rémy - 7 looks a real quality player, set up the goal

Krul - 6 Nothing much to do.

Debuchy - 7 Good.
Yanga-Mbiwa - 8 Very good him and Colo are getting better together.
Coloccini - 8 Same as MYM.
Santon- 7 Good.

Ben Arfa - 9 Poor in the first half but made up for it in the second.
Anita - 6 Not his best game but he was far from bad, keeps things ticking over.
Sissoko - 7 Good.
Marveaux - 6 Not his best game, better in the middle or on the right, played alright though.

Shola - 5 Didn't do much at all.
Cissé - 6 Worked hard and was looking better after the subs.

Cabaye - 6 Did alright but made some poor tackles, hope he stays.
Gouffran - 6 provided some pace and movement but no real threat.
Rémy - 8 Sparked some life into the attack.

Krul - 8 made a few important saves before we scored and reacted quickly off his line to get to a few through balls

Debuchy - 6 decent performance, definitely an improved one but nothing special defending or going forward
Yanga-Mbiwa - 7 a lot better than he looked against Morecambe, swept up at the back well a few times + nearly scored but for deflection
Coloccini - 7 some good interceptions and lead the back four well (him and Mbiwa could form solid partnership)
Santon- 7 looked threatening up the left hand side going forward and was solid at the back, winning several headers against Ruiz

Ben Arfa - 8 looked the only one likely to create/score anything for large periods of the game, caused havoc, but some decisions poor
Anita - 7 was impressed by him and he seems a lot better this season, keeps things simple and works hard
Sissoko - 7 another improved performance, bosses people off the ball and some good powerful runs
Marveaux - 5 was slightly disappointing and didn't create much

Shola - 5 did the best with what he had but his first touch was shocking at times
Cissé - 5 hasn't done anything in the last 3 games apart from hit the bar, cant hold the ball up, cant link up play and get involved in passing moves because hes is awful on the ball

Cabaye - 6 worked hard and tried to get stuck in but nothing special
Gouffran - 7 should have scored but looked threatening when he came on, running at defenders
Rémy - 7 looks like a great signing already, he was the spark that changed the game.. everyone seemed much more up for it and it gave our players a lift when he came on

Krul - 6 Nothing much to do

Debuchy - 7 Solid game, but looks slow at times
Yanga-Mbiwa - 7 Simply a better option than Saylor
Coloccini - 7 Solid as usual
Santon- 7 Solid

Ben Arfa - 8 Always looking to create and it worked
Anita - 7 Good game
Sissoko - 8 Looked a different player in his proper position
Marveaux - 5 Didn't do much

Shola - 5 Did okay
Cissé - 4 Pointless for the first 70 minutes but livened up when Remy came on

Cabaye - 6 Over-eager in the first 5 minutes but was good after
Gouffran - 4 He gets the chances but he just misses them
Rémy - 7 Perfect fit for the team

Krul - 7 - Two decent saves.

Debuchy - 7 - Didn't really put a foot wrong and had a couple of decent efforts on goal.
Yanga-Mbiwa - 8 - Dat pace. <run>
Coloccini - 7 - As good as MYM for the most part but almost gifted Fulham the game.
Santon - 7 - Lovely little performance from the Italian stallion. <love>

Ben Arfa - 7 - Infuriating for the majority of the game but showed his class in the last 20.
Anita - 7 - Did the simple things well. Wish Pardew would give him more of a chance.
Sissoko - 7 - Good to see more of the classic Sissoko bursts. <diva> Had some dodgy moments but mostly decent and the ref was harsh on him with quite a few 50/50's.
Marveaux - 4.5 - Did nothing of note in open play. Set pieces were good. Shouldn't be played on the wing in a 4-4-2, doesn't suit his game at all.

Shola - 6 - Nothing spectacular but held up the ball and laid it off well enough. Kept possession better than most of our players in the first half. I don't get where the low ratings are coming from.
Cissé - 5 - First touch was atrocious at times. Came alive a bit near the end when more space opened up.

Cabaye - 6 - BOOOOOOOOOOO <roll>
Gouffran - 7 - Some very positive play when he came on.
Rémy - 7 - Very promising debut.

Krul - 6.5 - Didn't really have much to do apart from a decent save from the free kick.

Debuchy - 7 - Mostly solid with a few speculative shots, but I'm worried by how often people get past him. However it was his best game so far this season.
Yanga-Mbiwa - 8 - I have to admit, I do sometimes doubt his decision making but he played great today.
Coloccini - 7.5 Good game, with the odd mistake that thankfully weren't punished.
Santon- 7 - Pretty solid defensively & got involved frequently with attacks. Still needs to work on his final ball.

Ben Arfa - 8 - Pretty frustrating but I admire his attempt to drive forward and actually do something. He would have got a 6 or 7 but scoring a great winning goal bumps up his mark :)
Anita - 6 - Tidy game, but I personally think he can't be a replacement for Tiote like others are suggesting. He might be a good link between Tiote & Sissoko in a midfield 3 in my opinion.
Sissoko - 6.5 - Decent game, but he is a moron. He has the engine & the athletic ability but his decision making is horrendous.
Marveaux - 5 - Had a very average game in my opinion. He has had a poor week. Hopefully the international break will do him some good as I think he could be great.

Shola - 3 - Terrible player. He doesn't link up well with Cisse, has a terrible first touch, gives away constant fouls & is useless at pressuring defenders.
Cissé - 3.5 - Same as Shola pretty much but played alright in the last 15/20 min hence the 0.5 difference with Shola.

Cabaye - 6 - Gave away a foul straight away which could have been costly but put himself about quite well considering he is possibly leaving soon.
Gouffran - 6.5 - Played decent. Would have got 7 if he had at least got his header on target. Needs to work on his finishing for sure <erm>
Rémy - 7 - Changed the game with his pace and directness in my opinion. His passing and movement in the final third was a massive improvement on both Marv & Shola.

Krul - 7 Made a match saving save.

Debuchy - 7 Good defensively and offensivley. A much better performance from him today.
Yanga-Mbiwa - 7 Showed his class at times. A much better performance from him today.
Coloccini - 8 He doesn't only hold the defence together but the whole team. Brilliant. Unlucky not to score as well.
Santon- 7 A class act.

Ben Arfa - 9 Won the game for us. He was the difference, without him in the side it would have been 0-0. Great goal from a player whos at a diffrent level to anyone else on that pitch.
Anita - 6 Good performance but nothing spectacular, game passed him by really.
Sissoko - 7 Good power, made some good runs, defensively a bit suspect though.
Marveaux - 6 See Anita.

Shola - 7 Out classed his strike partner. Some decent hold up play and more often than not retained possesion when the ball was played to him unlike his dire strike partner.
Cissé - 2 Another joke of a performance. His displays this season have been unacceptable. When Shola was significantly better than you, you know you were s***.

Cabaye - 6 Coped well with the cronuts booing him. Thankfully the majority of us around the strawberry corner and gallowgate drowned a lot of the booing out. He put in a committed display but nothing spectacular.
Gouffran - 8 Changed the game. He was quality, a lot of clever runs and all round good play. His off ball movement was better than anyones on the pitch.
Rémy - 7 Lifted the crowd. He clearly wasn't match fit but a unfit Remy looked a million times better than a fit Cisse. Some good touches.

I didn't see the game but, by the sounds of it, Remy <awe>

Also, people are finally starting to wake up and smell the bacon re Cisse? <scratch> One or two apologies owed perhaps!

Now lets hope we f***ing sign a couple of players, Ba and Thauvin and we're laughing. I'm not crazy keen on Gomis.

Krul - 7 Did what he needed to do on a shot-stopping front well, distribution still a bit suspect

Debuchy - 7 Excellent second half, kept winning balls in the air and imposed himself which has rarely done since arriving. Bit suspect first half (kept dropping deep and breaking the high line meant to catch Bent and other offside which caused us trouble at time)
Yanga-Mbiwa - 8 Composed performance, settling in more quickly than I had hoped to the pace of the Premiership
Coloccini - 8 Would of had a 9 if it wasnt for the mistake near the end which nearly let Taarbat in. Excellent performance overall
Santon- 8 Pretty faultless performance, if being critical he could of offered a bit more offensively before the last 20 minutes.

Ben Arfa - 8 At times a cut above everyone on the pitch, but at times as well his decision making let him down - one time in the first half he could of released Cisse, and the situation in the second half when we were 4 on 3.
Anita - 6 Decent performance but didnt really impose himself or inject a lot of impetus into our attacking play
Sissoko - 6 Powerful running but his distribution was poor at times when under little pressure in the first half
Marveaux - 5 I am wondering if I was at a completely different game to some people, I thought Marv's decision making was poor today and rarely imposed himself on play at all in a positive way - look how much of our limited play went through Ben Afra before Remy and Gouffran came on

Shola - 6.5 Recycled the ball well when it came to him and was unlikely not to set up Cisse with a lovely through ball in the first half. Lack of mobility par for the course
Cissé - 5 Very poor first half, very static instead of dropping deep or moving behind the line in the first half and pretty rubbish ball control when the ball came in to him. Improved once Remy came on, enjoyed having a more mobile partner (clearly unable to form an effective partnership with Shola like Ba before him as both are relatively immobile vs. Hatem or Remy)

Cabaye - 7 A bit wasteful in possession (looking for the Hollywood pass in behind) but made several very important tackles and interceptions whilst on, more than I think Sissoko and Anita made between them in the previous hour
Gouffran - 8 Really impressed, he ran with purpose with and without the ball. Seem to suit this role (coming off the bench) when defences are tiring most but it would be harsh not to start him against Villa after this performance
Rémy - 9 I dont care if he was only on for 20 minutes, he was a revelation when he came on. His movement was fantastic and he started to stretch their backline which created the space for Gouffran, HBA and Cisse. Didnt just keep possession but got others in behind their defence. Honestly the best debut Ive seen at our club for quite some time (maybe since Krul vs Palmero)

Krul - 7 Didn't have much to do but seems to be cutting down on the misplaced hoofs upfield.

Debuchy - 6 Much better. Looked quicker, decent defensively and aggressive going forward. Wasted a great opportunity to pass to one of three players in the box though, instead opting to sky it from a tight angle.
Yanga-Mbiwa - 7 Starting to look like a very capable partner for Colo and a large improvement over Taylor. Lightning quick and really imposed himself.
Coloccini - 7 Almost scored and defended mostly to his usual high standard. Calm and collected as ever.
Santon- 5 Didn't do much defensively but was caught short a few times going forward. Doesn't look at his sharpest yet.

Ben Arfa - 8 A superb goal and some great passing play doesn't hide his selfish and sloppy first half performance. Getting better each game though. *** Revised to an 8. Looking back he was by far our most positive and gifted player on the pitch.
Anita - 5 Often outmuscled and lost possession too often. Otherwise his distribution was decent and worked hard to break up play when Fulham had possession.
Sissoko - 7 Much better box to box performance. An absolute steam train of a player who would have been my motm were it not for too many awful misplaced passes.
Marveaux - 6 Linked up well with Sissoko and worked hard to win the ball back but didn't seem as sharp or as skillful taking players on.

Shola - 4 Held the ball up well but far too static as usual and can't do anything when he has the ball.
Cissé - 6 Didn't get much service to start with but looked dangerous when Remy came on. Was unlucky not to have scored.

Cabaye - 5 Wreckless and nervy. Some good play going forward but overall didn't look comfortable.
Gouffran - 6 Hard working performance but missed a sitter and workrate clearly not matched by his ability, unfortunately.
Rémy - 7 If he can play like that over 90 minutes we'll get goals. Added another dimension to our attacks and opened up a lot of space. Made Cissé look like a different player.
