Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2018)
Good transfer window everyone! £20 million in profit it will go nicely with the £123 million we got from finishing 10th plus TV money last season in Ashley's bank account.

Re: Spain manager sacked
Got to be honest I side with the Spanish FA on this.
By all accounts Lopetegui was going to sign an extension for two more years in charge of the national team with the contract just needing signing. So for him to go, along with only finding out 5 minutes before and Reals refusal of postponing the ...

Re: The Joselu Thread
I think he has come in for some unfair criticism at times, yes he has missed some chances but he doesn't go missing and he works hard for the team which I think a lot of our fans overlook.

According to WhoScored Joselu is our third best player this season based on average ratings at 7.00 behind Merino 7.13 and Mbemba 7.01

Re: Match Day thread . NUFC v Leicester
Not so much from here, but some of our fans have very short memories. Heard one fan say if we don't beat Everton he's not coming back and this is worse then under Pardew. Ridiculous statement!

Re: Match day thread - NUFC v Stoke
Played really well at points today, created some good chances throughout. Ref was really poor. Joselu should have scored at least one of his chances but credit to him he didn't hide he kept going and his all round play was good today.

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (January 2017)
Would not be surprised to see Mitro go. Benitez has an ideal striker which is someone who can stretch defences, work the channels and do the physical side when required. We don't have that here and Mitro is not going to do the running and Gayle isn't going to do the physical side, unfortunately for ...

The interesting thing is these reports originated in Spain on Sunday night so there could be more to this. I'm not convinced he will stay, I hope he does but after this season I just cant build up hope again.

Re: Daryl 'Psycho' Janmaat suffers off-field injury
Disagree. He can't defend, Sissoko shouldn't be the guy furthest back and people have got in behind him all season. He's been absolutely terrible. And going forward most of the time he just floats the ball into the keeper, unless you're delivering good crosses get back and hold your position ...

Re: Daryl 'Psycho' Janmaat suffers off-field injury
Funny how things change. Wasn't long ago people were talking about Janmaat as a potential captain as he was the only one who's attitude couldn't be questioned. Move on a couple of months after pretty much everyone else around him had given up long ago and he is being accused of faking injuries

Re: The Saido Berahino Deadline Thread
Not sure what to make of Jeremy Peace. On one hand refusing to let a player go regardless is commendable and a stance which football clubs in general need to take more often to try and limit player/agent power. But on the other hand, potentially could have shot himself (and WBA) in the foot because ...

Good transfer window. Echo what everyone is saying would have liked a LB and CB, they are definitely priorities in the summer regardless of what division we are in.

Anyone heard whats happening with the rumour that Santon could be returning?
He's been linked with a few premier league clubs this January. Doubt we'll be in for him
Might be backup if the Siqueira deal falls through. Speaking of Siqueira good left back, attacking minded and will do a good job ...
