Re: Messi signs new deal until 2021
Messi has already played more games and scored more goals than him. He's also played in a strong league for most of his career and doesn't pop steroids like they're smints.
Hmm, Maradona did it in Spain, Italy and on the international front. Just because he played less and scored less doesn't ...

Re: Messi signs new deal until 2021
He is certainly not the best ever. Maradona is still leagues above him.

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2017)
I remember when Carl Cort had an impressive teenage season but a PL team, then we bought him and the rest is history.
Bit of a strange comparison. Cort scored 19 goals in 73 league appearances over 4 years for Wimbledon, before injuries kept him to 22 appearances in 4 years for us, and basically ...

Re: NUFC Minor/Untrusted Transfer Rumours (Summer 2017)
He's better than everyone we have apart from Gayle. Are you off your t***?
And could even end up being better than Gayle. Not that I'm trying to disrespect Gayle's accomplishments, but I really think people are underestimating how impressive his scoring record was this season as a teenager on ...

Re: Charnley Arrested
Isn't it just Marseilles that are up s*** creek? From what I gather NUFC have done nothing wrong and we are being looked in to due to our dealings with Marseilles as they have misled the authorities and seeing what we have in relation to what Marseilles have said?

Oh wait, they are focussing in on Marseilles and the transfers of Cabella and Thauvin - not only were they both s*** for the club they lead us in to this.

Re: Charnley Arrested
Isn't it the french agency that we buy players through? Not just from Marseilles. In fact aren't about 12 of the french players we signed from the same agency?
Also, someone mentioned that it not being that big as just Lee Charnley being arrested however others were also arrested at the club just ...

Re: The Sissoko Transfer Thread
Not sure why we would want a back up striker if not a permanent deal? We have Armstrong as back up to Mitro, Perez and Gayle. Then we have Toney. Would only welcome Diaz if on a permanent deal, same with Llorente really! Even if there is a buy back clause like they had with Morata.

Re: Rafa close to agreeing to stay
That whole 'no experience of the league' thing is tosh. He's a class manager and it's amazing he's willing to try and bring us up. Last time we were in the Champo we appointed a manager with no experience of the league, if I remember rightly.
This.
It really is a daft suggestion. To have any ...

Re: Darlow or Woodman?
But synomonous of certain fans of this club that if a player doesn't perform 10/10 in his first 10 games then he is lambasted. No wonder no manager at this club wants to play youngsters!

Re: Eight Games To Go, Will We Get Relegated?
Lose to Norwich and it is a definite down for us. A draw would make us favourites to go down out of us, Norwich and Sunderland. A win is the only way we can stay up. We need to win 3 out of our next 4 home games and beat Villa. If we can get a win and not lose to Southampton our confidence may well ...

Re: McClaren out IF club lose to Bournemouth
Has McClaren got no respect for himself? Imagine being s*** at your job, everyone at work knows your s*** at your job, your sub-ordinates know your s*** as well as your superiors. You know you're going to be sacked as soon as they can replace you, but you decide to go into work and just act as ...
